SHIT!!! I forgot the WHERE Clause.
While developing a business application, I accidentally overwrite all the records in our Reference Table. Lucky I am, there's a back-up database. But not so lucky 'coz it's not updated, I have to modify other records I just added an hour ago. Stupid!
