Donations/ relief goods from other countries were rotting inside DSWD warehouse. Why? Well, DSWD Secretary Esperanza Cabral says 'coz there are no volunteers.
Syet! Philippine government are sick! Tanginang mga 'to, marami sanang matutulungan kung hindi lang TANGA, BOBO, WALANG PAKIALAM!
Sabi nga, Aanhin pa ang damo kung bato na ang uso... este, aanhin pa ang relief goods kung mga namatay na ang victims.
Here is my advice to foreign countries/ organization: Don't give your donation to Philippine government, instead, give them to local organization who are really helping the needy. Philippine government are full of bullshit!
